Pact is an International NGO with offices throughout the world with a mission to enable systematic solutions that allow those who are poor and marginalized to earn a dignified living, be healthy and take part in the benefits that nature provides. Pact accomplishes this by strengthening local capacity, forging effective governance systems and transforming markets into a force for development. Working in Cambodia since 1991, Pact has built Cambodian civil society and strengthened the capacity of institutions run by and for Cambodians to end poverty and empower communities.

Pact is starting a 5-year empowering women entrepreneurs project, funded by USAID. This project focusses on supporting young women in Cambodian cities to access the knowledge, tools, and resources necessary to succeed as entrepreneurs, and to become stronger leaders in their communities.

WE Act Project is implementing in Phnom Penh and Siem Reap province, and then expanding its geographic scope based on demand and opportunity.

Pact wishes to engage a professional and independent firm or a group of professionals to conduct a private sector landscape assessment for Women Entrepreneurs Act project.

Interested applicant should submit the proposal in electronic format only (either PDF or Microsoft Word and Excel) to Reference: RFP-P4845-2018-002.  The deadline for submission of proposals is Wednesday, January 16th, 2019 at 05:00pm Cambodia time.
